Great work done quickly, and made what could have been a stressful situation a while lot easier.

Over the last few years I have see more of the inside of a body shop than anyone would ever want to. Zamora's has been direct and to the ppint, prompt, and more than competent. Their work is impeccable. I would recommend them without reservation.

Hi ... three things related to the vehicle I just picked up ... ****. for some reason my driver side mirror is not working - it will adjust side to side and not up and down. It was working prior to the accident. 2. the motor to the rear windshield was on backwards and caused the windshield wiper to go, or try to go down on the gate of the vehicle instead of on the window. My husband was able to adjust that as it was pouring and i needed to use that. 3. Lastly, and I mentioned to Herberth, the interior of my vehicle was vacuumed and it appeared the carpet was washed, however it was apparent it was NOT detailed. I know it was charged as a detail at over $200.

Excellent customer service. First time going through the process. Made to feel assured. Kept informed throughout. Even had something done cosmetically in return for me having to wait longer than I planned.

Excellent service

Oscar handled my estimate and was totally professional and helpful. The work was superb, and finished early, which was terrific because it was done on Friday and I didn't need the rental car for the weekend. Then I was late picking it up and the staff cheerfully stayed and checked me out, even though it was Friday beyond closing time. I could not have asked for better service! Unfortunately, when I got in my car, I noticed a low tire pressure warning. I stopped at Costco and asked the tire people to add air. They found a screw in the tire and said it was not repairable. I'm pretty sure that screw came from your area because the tire pressure was fine when I brought the car in. But it would not be your fault and I think I need new tires anyway. Just something for you to watch. It did not detract from the beauty of the job! Thank you. If I ever need body work, I will be right back at your door.
