Car was dirty on the interior from oil on shop workers hands. Car was not cleaned to expectations and had an issue with the rim that was in perfect condition when I dropped it off. Shop did not compensate for the damage to the rim that was clearly done by them. Was instead given the run around of how they couldn’t have done that. Will be contacting geico.

The process was extremely convenient. With the schedule I had the week my vehicle was in I had to night drop the vehicle, received a phone call the next day about it being checked in. The text updates were great, and the bonus was it was delivered a head of schedule. I was able to pick it up after hours, left the rental keys in the drop box, it was a smooth and stress free process from my end. I only wish I had the chance to meet the people I had spoken with. It was a great experience.

My experience with Zamora's Auto Boday shop is way beyond excellent! If I have to go to Auto body shop, they will be on my very first list to go always and will recommend to others as well, especially in Frederick, MD area. I 100% satisfied with the job that they done on my car as well as the front desk group, the mechanic guys, all of them were very friendly and knows their jobs very well.
