My experience with Abra could not have gone better. The staff, especially Todd, was amazing. Very nice and very professional. The work was done very efficiently and very accurately. I was kept informed the whole way, both by phone calls and text messages. Everything was explained to me in the best possible manner and I really feel that I and my car were very well cared for. I had a wonderful experience. I hope not to have to bring my car in for any repairs for a long time, but when I do, I know exactly where I will go and who I will ask for.
