Over all it's a good service

The tow truck you guys sent to get my truck ripped the bumper off My truck when he was unloading it in your lot and I got stuck paying for it because you guys wouldn't take care of It. That should be on you guys or the tow truck to fix, not me. Last time I go to you guys for help!

I had my car there for almost 2 weeks, I brought it in with my ABS/ traction control, and check engine lights on. I had discussed with my rep Taylor Jump and was told that they would look Into the problem,and then i was told it was related it to the accident. After that I was told that It would be fixed. After driving away immediately had to turn around. My windshield wiper motor was loose and rattling. They fixed that right away. Went to drive home again and guess what turned on my ABS/ traction and my check engine light. Clearly it was not fixed. I am now being told I have to drive my vehicle to Kline volvo myself to have them look at the problem, and it now could possibly not be related to the accident. I have no idea why it was not brought to Kline in the first place!! Long story short Abra Auto body and Taylor Jump have been nothing but a hassle to work with. To put the cherry on top I started to get upset after dealing with this and was hung up on and told to calm down. I have been treated with disrespect, and my car still is not fixed!! I will never bring my car to Abra auto body again.

The work you completed was done so quickly and so well. Thanks for the quick turn around it was much appreciated by me. Little down time without my vehicle.

The car was not fixed appropriately when I came to pick it up. The lift gate was not alligned, body panels did not have proper spacing and there are still scratches where the painting and repair were done. We have to come back next week to have the scratches removed. Not the service we received years ago. Not a satisfied customer.
