Katie at the front desk was a pleasure to talk to and work with, Kevin the service writer was very timely and always keeping us updated. Very accurate and also a pleasure to deal with. The Technician that did the work Josh, did an absolutely fantastic job. The door and the small work on the quarter panel made the car look like it did before the accident.

Car looks good. Appreciated the progress reports from Chad. Would go to Abra again.

They were able to get my car in right away, and said it'd be done within 4 days. They called throughout the day to give me a progress report and then said its be ready the following day! Everything about my repair experience was exceptional. Taylor made sure I was taken care of and updated throughout the entire process, which was extremely calming, especially during an unfortunate event where my brand new truck was damaged. Everyone at the office was energetic, kind and extremely helpful. I was expecting a lengthy repair, but they had the project turned around in a matter of days. Although there are other Abra shops closer to my home, if anything ever happens again, I will most definitely be returning to this location. From the moment I brought my car in, you went to work. Within less than two hours the damaged area of my car had been dismantled, I was called, and any extra work needed was communicated to me to make a decision on going forward. Even with some extra work done and what was originally expected to take 2 days, I got my car back 29 hours after having dropped it off! My dirty car at drop-off was returned to me fully repaired and nicely cleaned. I was very pleased! The only "negative" in my experience was that I had to wait for 3 weeks from the time of the original estimate to get my car in for repair. I realize it's winter and that's a busy time for a body shop, but if my car hadn't been drivable during that time, I would have had to have incurred a very costly three week car rental expense. Front office staff person was very pleasant. Overall, thanks to all for a job well done.
