Best auto body service I've ever had...period! The entire staff was awesome. Taylor was great as the lead handling my car. I dropped my car off Wednesday at 2pm and I had it by Thursday at 530pm! That is unheard of. And the car was washed, interior cleaned, and it's beautiful. Great jon Abra Roseville.

To whom it may concern: When first contacting ABRA and speaking with Katie, I felt she did a great job of trying to go out of her way to get us in to have our car fixed as soon as possible. In fact, she had first informed me it might be about 3 week's before they might be able to get the car in, but then put me on hold and came back on the line, and was able to get us in that same week. Katie was very friendly and helpful. She made sure the rental car was on it's way when we arrived to drop the car off to be repaired. Kevin the Macanic, was very good at sending e-mail's, and leaving voice mail message's keeping us updated on the condition of the repair's. He also let us know after first bringing in that he might possibly find more damage, which he did, and informed us of his finding's right away. When we came to pick up the car on Feb. 26th, the car looked great, very clean, but most importantly, we were so happy with the repair's that Kevin had done. The car rides great. Considering we brought the car in Tuesday of this week, and received the car back on Thursday, I have to say we were very pleased with ABRA, and the work that was performed on our car. Very Happy, and would recommend ABRA to Family and Friend's. Thanks so much Steve & Ellen
