The inside of the car was not clean at all, even when they kept telling me it was not complete because they are cleaning it. There was glass and oil all over the inside of my car. The completion took a lot longer than I expected, however they did keep me informed throughout up until the end when they became very vague. They told me it was complete and as I am driving up to the shop they called and said it wasn't done come tomorrow and didn't call till late afternoon to say it was complete.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Will recommend to all my friends.

Katie at front desk is outstanding. I have a brain injury and she was very pleasant and didn't make me feel rushed. It seems small, but it was a huge deal for me. And Kevin was also awesome. I was blown away at how perfect the jeep looked when I picked it up. Thought I might be late at pick up time but again, no pressure from anyone. So happy I went with ABRA in Roseville MN.

I was treated with great respect. My desires and instructions were listened to and attended to. I was given prompt and courteous service. I was updated as to the status of my repair and was given an accurate time estimate. When more damage was found than anticipated, I was promptly informed and engaged in decisions about further repair. A few repairs were done to smooth out a few dents that I didn't anticipate at a low additional cost. I am very satisfied, as when I came in my bumper was cracked and ugly due to a hit and run accident. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked like it did when it was new. Even the difficult color was matched. No one would ever know I had the problem to begin with! I was even afforded the discount rate for a rental. Thanks Abra for taking care of me at a reasonable price with FABULOUS results. Excellent workmanship. I'll refer anyone I know to you, without hesitation.
