Tom with Abra was great and very helpful through my experience. Austin with Abra was not. The day after my vehicle was towed in and dropped off I called Abra to confirm the vehicle was there with no issues. Austin told me it was not there. I called the towing company and they showed me the GPS log of their tow truck arriving at the correct Abra location. I called back and again Austin told me the vehicle was not there. I asked if there was a chance it just hadn't been checked in yet and he repeatedly said "no, your vehicle is not here". I took time out of my day to drive to Abra, where I saw my vehicle sitting in the middle of the parking lot. I went inside and asked for Austin and informed him my vehicle was there. There was no apology from him and he spoke to me like I was an idiot, because he said "well someone told me it wasn't here". When I call trying to locate my $30,000 vehicle, someone better get out of their chair and see if my vehicle is there. Very disappointing. Following this, I checked on the vehicle the next day because I had to get a set of keys from the vehicle. I noticed the back seat door handle had been cut out of the vehicle when there was no damage in that area. Turns out someone broke into our vehicle during the night. No cameras and no security to keep my vehicle and belongings safe. Abra did replace the door at no cost to me, which I appreciate, but should be done as it was in your care.
Again, Tom was great and took care of us. Austin was unprofessional and a huge disappointment and took time out of my day from work as I tried to locate my vehicle that was sitting 50 feet from him. Put some cameras in your back lot... When I ask why a door handle was cut from my vehicle and all Abra employees can do is scratch their head and say it must have been broken into... that is not encouraging.
