Staff were very friendly and kept me updated on the progress of my car repairs. ABRA worked directly with my insurance company, which made things more convenient for me. The repair job was good and it only took 2 days.

I'm not sure where the disconnect was, but it took almost 2 weeks before the glass for my repair was even ordered. Some confusion between my insurance company and ABRA, but even once ABRA knew the issue, the **** as still dropped until a follow up call from me.

Leyna and the staff were very friendly and helpfull I dropped my vehicle on a Wednesday morning and was able to pick it up Friday afternoon. The repair was thorough and it looked great.My vehicle is back to showroom shape. Thanks Abra!

People were nice and kept me updated, but when I got my car back there was a white smudge/ scratch and glue left on my door... that I had to mention for them to do anything about it. Then when getting home I realized there were wet sanding scratches and 2 big circle primer rings or something on my door they painted... so now the car has to go back. Glad their willing to fix it but definitely a inconvenience. I think if they would have just taking the time to inspect it and make sure it was done right before my car left instead of just trying to hurry up and getting it done my experience would have been much better. Now my worry is is it going to be done right this time or will this be an ongoing thing of my car going back and forth.. experience wasn't terrible glad of the willingness to get it done right. Just wish it was done right in the first place.

Abra did a great job. Quality work done fast. Our rental car from Enterprise was horrible however.
