Really happy how they repair my car. Good customer service and what surprised me was that they got it done within a week.

My truck looks new again, in the areas where the repairs were done, which is why I took it to this approved auto body shop. My expectations were met. They better be, considering the price paid.

I came in for a mirror that was hit during an accident. The people at the front desk were nice enough to get us in early, and everyone was friendly prior to turning in the vehicle. We asked if we could get an extra vacuum service and they said that they will do that at the location. Upon picking up the vehicle I looked in the car and saw that the floor mats had been vacuumed in the front. I looked under the mats and there was still dirt, no other area had been cleaned. I had asked for this service and was ready to pay additional money, but this did not occur. The person brought me around the vehicle and showed me the areas buffed and the mirror, these appeared fine. He then stated that there was a plug in one of the tires from a previous repair and that the tire kept losing air. Since I had just purchased the tire the previous year, and had not had any problems previously I was upset to think that the tires were used. I started up the vehicle and noticed the steering was sluggish and a check engine light was on. Neither of these things were an issue prior. I stopped by the tire specialization shop and brought it in. There was not a plug in the tire but a nail. The mechanic said it looks like it just went through based on how it went through the tread. While I was speaking to the mechanics my wife called and 'Ryan' told her that it wasn't his problem and that we should call the insurance company. I called the insurance company and they said it should be through Abra. Not only did the vehicle come back dirty after requesting cleaning (even offering to pay extra), I had to purchase a new tire and there appears to be additional issues with the vehicle. The shop did not even replace the plastic piece on the bottom of the front bumper.

The Team there did a terrific job! Customer Service was fantastic. The turn around time was amazing - one week from drop off to pick up! The quality of work was great too! All around a wonderful experience considering the situation that my vehicle had to get damaged to start this process - and that never feels good.

Thanks to all of you for being so kind, repairing my car so quickly, and getting me back into my vehicle. I appreciate the email updates; this was the first time I haven't had to call a company to find out what was going on with my car, and also Rob's call to let me know what was done, how it turned out and explaining all I needed to know. I can tell all of you take great pride in your work. Should I need more work done in the future, I will definitely come to Abra!! You guys rock!!! Thanks a million times over.

Very wonderful service, I was updated about everything that is going happening to the car. The text messages were nice, but I do prefer calls, it does make it feel more personal.
