My daughters car was dropped off to be fixed. She was told it would take 6 days it ended up being 20 days. Communication with the customer was the most awful thing I have ever seen. There was a time when we called and didn't know where the car was even at? I think it's absolutley crazy I also know that some of the staff caught attitude with my daughter when they should of given the situation they should of been nice. I work in retail and have my own business and word of mouth is everything I chose you guys because I have had a great experience but now we won't be coming back for service after this experience now.

I was so disappointed with the repair. I have spoke with bill and he assures me that it would be taken care of. So many things wrong. It appeared that Boone reviewed the car for quality. The doors didn't even match the trim one was matte and the other gloss. I have had work done here before but this was way beyond subpar. I didn't even take the car home.
