It wasn't so much that I felt unsatisfied. The workmanship was good and the employee interaction was good as well and felt it was honest. What I did experience was a feeling that my business/repair needs weren't important when I had arrived for my 8:00am appointment. Abra didn't have me on their calendar, even though I had given my car info. and reason for the needed repair 10 days prior. Thankfully, a guy sitting near the front desk assistant remembered me visiting and overheard my conversation 10 days ago. Abra did fit me into their schedule and fixed my car window in a half hour.
