Excellent experience. Beginning with a warm welcome from Karry at the front desk, to the CSR Josh explaining the process and charges thoroughly, to the **** coming out to explain what was done and how well things went.
It looks like a brand new car! No sign of an accident at all. Whoever worked on my car has incredible skill. I also had a tiny chip in the paint on the opposite side of the car and not part of the accident damage and even that was touched up!
They really went above and beyond at this place and I will absolutely be referring friends, family, and coworkers. I felt like they love their jobs and truly valued my business -- which seems few and far between these days, especially in the auto repair/mechanics/servicing industry.
