They did an excellent job. They got it done in a timely manner. They kept me updated on the work. It was an amazing experience. Everyone there was very nice and respectful. We definitely would use them again.

Here's the thing. My repair was estimated at 20 days, which already seemed excessive. It ended up taking 31 days, and my rental car coverage ran out a day early and I had to jump through hoops to carpool and get a ride down there, get my kids to school, etc. If ABRA hadn't contacted me at all in the month they had my car, I'd be livid. I would have gone to every review site I could find and panned them. But that's not what happened. I was texted every few days, and called every few days. Every time something was taking longer than expected, I had a voicemail on my phone that exact same day explaining exactly what was going on. that constant communication turned what would have been a 1star review to a 5 star review. Plus, the work they did was fantastic. Great company, great interactions with every single person I worked with, just an overall fantastic experience.

The technician(Richard) did an excellent job with fixing my truck. My truck was looking brand new again as it was before the collision. Thanks so much ABRA AUTO BODY & GLASS. My face was full of smile when I saw it. Once again thanks.

Awesome customer service

I would recommend Abra to everyone. I was informed three times a week about the repairs on my vehicle. My repairs took a little longer because Abra received a part & they didn't like the looks of that part so they sent it back to get a better part. This business definitely cares about doing a great job. They went above & beyond in all ways! Thanks for the great service!!

The reason that I decided to have your company do this work was the good initial impression that I had of Richard, who was my appraiser. He was friendly and low-key, but very thorough in his inspection of our vehicle. It turned out that my decision was a good one because the job was completed in an excellent manner. Richard continued to be a very helpful contact throughout the entire procedure.

My thanks go out for the whole staff. I've known JR and he is a stand up guy. The paint had to be matched and he did an excellent job. He also went out of his way and fixed a little spots.
