The staff was very friendly and efficient. My repair was done in under the estimated time. The text message notifications were great so I was still able to be aware of how things were going even if I wasn't available to answer the phone. The work itself looks great - good as new - and the fact that they vacuumed out the car was an added bonus. I will definitely recommend Abra.
