Jacobs Custom Auto Body delivered in every way - clear description of the process for the repair of my vehicle. The communication, scheduling, timeline of work, and continued updates by texts of how the work was proceeding was so helpful. Most importantly, when picking up our vehicle, we were so pleased with the finished product. It looked so good! When I pulled in to pick my car up, I was more ham excited. I looked at the car and thought wow, what a beautiful car, then remembered oh wait that's my car. I was disgusted with the dents and didn't realize how bad they made my mustang look. Also, Jennifer was pleasant to work with. She made everything much easier for me and my crazy work schedule.
