Workmanship was good however the time it took to complete the job was one week later than was promised. Very little communication on the delay until I started to ask questions. People were very professional and apologetic on the delay.

We had an awesome experience with the entire repair process at Martin Collision and would highly recommend your service to anymore in need of auto body work. It has been a pleasure working with the team. Ed kept us informed almost daily on the progress of the repair via emails and/or phones. Any questions we had, he promptly responded. The team at Martin are professional and courteous... and we couldn't be more please with the entire process. We are so glad that we picked your shop to do the repair vs. what the insurance recommended, Caliber, who never returned our calls.

AN ISSUE IS PRESENT WITH SEVERAL SCRATCHES ON A REPLACEMENT RIM INSTALLED BY THE BODY SHOP. IT APPEARS THAT A VISUAL INSPECTION WAS NOT PERFORMED TO PREVENT UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE. QUALITY SERVICE IS DOING JOB ONCE AND ELIMINATING FUTURE CONTACTS.

It took way too long for them to actually get to the repair. The accident happened before thanksgiving. The earliest appointment available was 12/31. They waited until just before then to order the parts. They finally got to the repair on February 4.

It did take longer than expected, but part of that had to do with insurance asking for different things that prolonged the process. The results were perfect, and I am so happy with the demeanor of everyone I dealt with as well as the repairs to my car! Thank you!

The entire process was smooth & very customer friendly. It was helpful to have emails to follow up & update the process. I also appreciated the seemless partnership with Enterprise & especially Nationwide. Much easier than my previous experience when I had to go to a different body shop.

Its told that, bumper cover gets replaced over the phone, but when i came to take the vehicle, its just repaired instead of replacement. When i asked about the same, they told me to talk to insurance.
