My only complaint was the fact that the gas gage was almost on “E”. Luckily I noticed this, but it would have helped if that had been pointed out to me. That was my only complaint. Everything else was great & I still gave 5 stars for my overall experience.

Communication and customer service was excellent. The car was not ready when promised, it seemed as if it wasn't a priority since it took an extra day and half to finish up. A new windshield was put on my vehicle. My vehicle was returned to me with 2 manufacturer stickers on the outside of the winshield.

I am very happy with the service - my car looks fantastic, and the staff was very friendly. However, my car didn’t get the New York inspection as I requested, and the service personnel lost my insurance card and registration, and didn’t seem the least concerned when i called about it.

I picked my vehicle up on Friday, 12/28/2018
Immediately upon entering my vehicle, I discovered that the front passenger turning bulb didn't operate properly... I was assured that it would be repaired...it took the "collision" people approximately **** hour to change a bulb...it was repaired...on Saturday, I discovered that the radiator "reservoir" was low on coolant... I then drove to an auto parts store approximately 2 miles away... I also had to purchase an "extender" funnel because the reservoir had no port in which to pour the coolant in... I am disappointed...what else is not "right" with my vehicle???

My car is shaking a little bit when I’m at a complete stop and my my fog light stoped working. I understand that these might seem that they have nothing to do with the accident but these issues didn’t exist before the accident so the car should’ve been inspected and diagnosed thoroughly to make sure everything is working prior releasing the vehicle.

It still sounds like air is coming through the back door as if the window was open a crack while I’m driving on the through way. The rubber molding around the inside of the door is buckled up and not firmly attached, and there is a dark grease spot on the ceiling right above the rear door that wasn’t there before you “repaired” my car. It looks fixed on the outside though.

When I picked up the truck and tried to drive home the truck lost oil pressure. I was advised to bring it right back. Upon pulling back into the dealership the check engine light came on. I was called the next day and told I had to pay a $75 fee because they read the check engine light (something autozone does for free). Then the service techs determined the 4x4 was found to not be working after the previous repairs were completed and I was given the truck back. It has been 2 more days without my vehicle making it 2 weeks tomorrow that I have had no transportation. Although I will say Joe basil Chevy was kind enough to give me a loaner vehicle to get home when I brought the truck back and for that I am grateful.
