100% satisfactory. Kevin was great at keeping me updated each week and letting me know the progress of my vehicle. I am blown away by the professionalism and dedication the workers put into my car. I appreciate the customer service I received. The receptionist called for my rental, and followed up when they were taking too long. Kevin kept me informed on the repair. I felt like everything was clearly explained, and I knew what to expect. When I took back my vehicle, I was so impressed with the detail job that it had received. The repair work looks awesome as well.

West Coast Collision does an awesome repair job. When you get your vehicle back, it's looks like the accident didn't even happen! Kevin handled the whole thing, and the entire experience went off without a glitch. He's very personable and thorough. The receptionist was very polite and efficient too! All in all, it was a good experience and I would go there again ????
