Overall the repairs were excellent. However I was told that they would do an extra good job cleaning my car because I had asked them to detail it and they said they don't do that even though I was willing to pay extra for it. So I was told they would really give it a good twice over. My car was not very clean externally. The inside is nice and clean. In addition when I got in my car to start it the battery was dead and it needed to be jumped. The appearance of my car was beautiful as far as the repairs are concerned; the timeliness of the repairs were wonderful . And the staff is very polite and kind. I was just very disappointed in the appearance as far as cleanliness of my car as well as in the battery being dead.

Highly professional, kept me informed on a regular basis, lovely friendly staff with TLC, one stop shop with rental in site, awesome bodywork and detailing.
