It was easier to complete this process, than to book a family vacation. I anticipated a long drawn out expensive process but was pleasantly surprised and from in door with a busted car to picking up the samr car, fixed and washed within 2.5 days.

My car had no oil in it. It's vibrates when driving. The oil light is still on even after I put oil in it. The oil light wasn't on before it came into the shop. I think my car has more issues that weren't looked into.
