My car came out of the body shop all dirty with blue marks all over it. When i ask to get it clean they did a very poor job on cleaning the car the service advisor never return none of my calls all he came up with was nothing but excuses very disappointed with the communication they had to clean my car 3 times and still did not get it right i had to clean it myself when i got home it took me 2 hrs to clean my car. My car was not ready when they said it would be they keep it for a week longer than schedule I had to call to check on my car status to see how the work schedule is going on with my vehicle. Also my car had a smell to it like paint fumes and i took it to get to anther shop and they took care of it for me. So that being said I am very very disappointed courtesy of Toyota and Brandon I will never have my vehicle worked on there never again. My name is Jose L

Extremely happy with the repairs/modifications. My car has been restored to 'better than new'. Courtesy has done a superb job and I have no hesitation with a 5 Star recommendation to anyone needing collision repairs.

Let customers know verbally when car is ready and not guess if it is or it might be. Some people are in a rental car and need to know how long to rent

Very poor communication between departments and updates to the actual completion of the work. This experience has cause several negatives within my family life that could have been easily avoided. The final result required the vehicle being delivered to my work location with several stains on the leather, missing rubber seal on the trunk, driver and front passenger floor mats were switched, poor wash job. I was expecting a call back from the service managements on what customer service appreciation they would present. 2 weeks over estimate with not good reasoning and several trips to pickup, but after waiting I get we are still not done.

Courtesy contacted me by text message. The last message stated my car would be ready at a certain time. They were off by two hours. I had to wait for them to finish.
