Nothing was on time and I don't understand why send out text messages and then tell you to disregard them in addition theres a customer service lady that sits on the right side of the desk when you walk in that always puts the phone down when customers are aggravating her, I called and kept hearing the phone clank against the counter, then a few hours later when I actually stopped into the shop I witnessed her doing it to another customer rolling her eyes and her face fixed in disgust..... Also none of the front desk workers seem to know what's really going on. My car sat the whole day without being worked on because they said worked with Insurance companies all the time. It took me calling the insurance company to get things moving as an estimate was already done. The women that work the front desk are sad. I've heard it's better to take your car to the Tampa Bay location but I didn't want to believe as I just wanted the car that I bought brand new and worked so hard for fixed in a decent amount of time.

My vehicle was in the shop for over two months. I consistently called to get updates and received the same answer over and over; the truck has gone to painting. It wasn't until my insurance company called that they were given the reason that is was due to compressor issues. Every time I called they "didn't have my file in front of them" so I would have to leave my number and have them call me back. Which DID NOT happen. I have been a Toyota owner for several years, and can guarantee that I will NEVER return to Courtesy Toyota for any routine maintenance or collision repair should I have to in the future. In addition, when I went to pick up my truck, the Tundra badging on BOTH door panels was falling off. I have to wait over an hour for them to repair the badging. Overall, very dissatisfied had with my experience and as I previously stated, I will not return to Courtesy Toyota.

This was my 2nd experience with your repair dept. I was quite disappointed with the treatment received this time. My vehicle was not delivered when promised, and there was no update calls to advise of extended delay. The office staff appeared to be more concerned with the reimbursement from my insurance company.

Received no updates on vehicle, was told it would be ready on the 20th and if there was a delay in would be notified. There was no notification. Was told by manager he would give me a new timeline, promised to call two separate days. No phone call. Was told 2 more times by staff the would call me back. Nothing. Vehicle was ready on the 30th.only after badgering staff was I able to find out. Manager left his own staff out to defend him. As far as the vehicle repairs, couldn't be happier. Jeep looks great and runs fine. As far as staff, Debra was the only one who was able to call back after saying she would. Tech who worked on car did a great job. Jose the manager, he was done with me before I ever got transferred to him.

I am completely dissatisfied with my experience. The estimator originally did not properly estimated the cost of repairs and called 2 days later saying that the quote is going to be a lot higher than originally estimated. I had to leave my car for a longer time than anticipated because the body work and paint job was sloppy and done poorly as agreed by the estimator, so I had to leave my car for an additional 3 days. It is still not done correctly at an attempt to cover up the shotty jobs done initially. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of work that I expected from a dealership repair.

Molded piece of trim not positioned property. Came loose about 15 minutes after I picked the car up. Pain to bring car back because I live in Ruskin. But, I am grateful that you lent me a loaner car and everyone I dealt with was very helpful and courteous ????

Last time I had repairs there someone always kept me informed of any updates I never received a call or a return call from them not sure what has changed I also have damage to the back of my car that was not there I'm hoping can be buffed out I also have paint on my tires, what the heck is this if I had not had my grandson to care for I would have returned the car. The first repair was awesome with pictures and updates daily.
