The communication wasnt amazing. I had to call and ask when my car was going to be finished because i never got a call. Original estamite was like 5 days and it took a little over a month. Girl at the desk were super nice though. But overall it was a little stressful. Sorry...

Was promised work done at certain times, and when called they had no idea the parts were in the car, when it would be done, did not contact me to find any answers about the parts, did not keep me updated on car's progress, and the 4 hour job became a 2 day job solely due to their incompetence.

I left the inside of my car a mess because I didn't think they would be I'm there since it was body work. When I picked up the car they had cleaned the whole inside. What a great surprise!! If I need collision service again I won't bring it that way

Periodic updates would have been nice since the repairs took 3 weeks after being told an estimate of **** week. Otherwise the process was great.

The body shop made my truck look like new. Sure there were delays but the end result is what counts. Also the Body shop Manager helped by explaining things to me about the delays and one Insurance problem.
Job well done Toyota Team it shows that you take pride in the quality of work.

Communication was terrible
The work was not done right
My rental was not extended, even though I reminded them everyone I called.
Many times I was told everyone was in a meeting and they'd call me. No one ever called me back.
I was given different status updates if I called the same day within 10 minutes.
I was told the car was ready and it was being cleaned, the next day I was told they needed a part.

The Toyota Collision Center has the most disrespectful and unprofessional employees I have ever dealt with. They managed to have my vehicle for a month, due to their inability to do their job. Ordering wrong parts, messing up the paint job TWICE, putting a door handle on CROOKED, putting a scratch in my car door, putting the trunk on crooked as well, and not to mention the had silver paint splattered on the hood of my white Corolla. Who delivers a car to a customer like that?! Unprofessionals, that's who. I will NOT be buying my next vehicle from Toyota due to the attitudes from the girls be hind the desk, and the lack of professional performance.

Communication and timeliness can be improved. It took a month and a half to repair quarter panel. Had to call multiple times a week for updates.
