This was the most horrible experience I've ever had in having a car repaired. I assumed by taking my vehicle to the dealership that everything would be done properly however that was not the case courtesy collision center at Toyota said my car was ready I went to go pick it up and noticed that the bumper did not match the rest of the vehicle I called someone out to look at it and they agreed they said give them one more day and they'll fix it I did that was called back said my car was ready again went back the color was off still it was like a blue color and my car is white and they said give them some more time to get it right I did a full week went by they said my car was ready I went to go pick it up noticed a lot of imperfections where they painted bubbles etc. and notified the manager he came out and started marking all over the car with tape of all the imperfections he could see it took him a whole Nother week to fix the vehicle I just received it today and so far so good but would never recommend this collision center to anyone not even my worst enemy.

Matt my estimater was great. The female I spoke to several times about the status of my car, kept telling me that my car would be complete either late tonight or tomorrow for sure. What it came down to was she was checking to make sure Toyota received all the money from my insurance company. I reminded her that I owed my deductible of 500 dollars. Lo and behold my car was finished the next day. I will not advise my worst enemy to go here for anything, not even a tire rotation or check the air pressure in my tires in my old beater.
