I have to say. Mr. Ruben was extra nice and has a great customer service. On Feb 18, 2015 at 5:52 P.M I had picked up my Honda 2011 Crosstown and so far it looks really nice and new. He gave me a two years warrantees. Thank you to Mr. Ruben and Bob both were nice and helpful.

I spoke to Reuben around 4:45 PM today at pick up. I complained about the door trim. It was not straight, so he said he would order a new piece so it can be installed properly. I am happy I spoke up. I think someone went through my trunk, perhaps looking for the fuses? It seemed by clock needed resetting like the car lost power. Anyway the carpeting in the trunk wasn't straight, the tire cover panel was bent downward. Steve told me he could polish out a small scuff on the passenger rear door, but I suppose it wasn't part of the job. The paint and the body work look pretty good, but not the trim. I suppose 867 was OK, because I know I could not do the work. It also seemed to me that maybe someone took my car for drive, because the driver seat and mirrors were very much changed. I would use Clifton Collision again.

the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.it was a one stop please have my vehicle repaired and to have the rental car pick me up. It could not have been any easier. Car looks great after repair
