They did very great job.

While I have no complaints about the quality so far, communications are not satisfactory.

The repair work and replacement of windshield looks fine, but the glass cleanup was incomplete. Lots of glass particles in the interior, and when the A/C was turned on, lots of glass particles shooting out into seats and lap and console. Concerned about breathing in glass dust. I thought this would have been Re mediated given the health hazard.

Everyone was extremely pleasant. Repair looks great, no complaints. Would definitely use your facility again if necessary.

The driver side door was not done at the time my Vehicle was in their possession. Now I have to bring back overnight for day and I have no way of transportation for me to go work

The original body repair was done about 10 years ago. The repair was done to perfection, but the paint used started to bubble up about a year ago. I contacted them mid April 2021 and met with Dave for an initial inspection. As it was still under warranty, I was able to bring it in for a repaint the following week. The shop manager Paul, personally inspected it as well and explained what happened with the paint in the original repair. They completed the work within 4 days, as originally planned with excellent results. The car looks brand new again. The inside was shampooed thoroughly and again they ensured that it was to my satisfaction. I did not expect the process to go so smoothly after so much time had passed from the original repair. Everyone from the receptionist, Jennifer, to the shop manager, Paul, were very accommodating and friendly. I am very pleased with the exceptional customer service and high standard of work from the Planet Honda Body Shop.

Clear and timely service

I'm very disatisfied! I told your staff that my door was rattling and making noise. They told me they would look at it. It wasn't fixed so I went back and they took for drive and heard noise and rattling.I can't understand why they didn't Fix? They told me to go to dodge to confirm it was caused by accident. I assure you it was! Every time I hear it . It sickens me! I am not going to let this go by the wayside. I will pursue this til I get satisfaction IT MAKES ME UPSET EVERYDAY! How would you like to hear rattling and noise everytime you drive? Frank M
