I was very impressed with the degree of professionalism shown when I arrived for my estimate appointment, when I dropped my car off for repairs, and with I arrive to pick up the car. When I came back for a minor adjustment the next day, I was impressed with the prompt and courteous service once more.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating that the make a bad thing into a pleasant experience! My car was ready ahead of schedule which was awesome especially with the holiday fast approaching. I would use DE Cadillac again if the need arises and I would highly recommend them to others!

Kris Fletcher was very nice to work with. She asked questions and showed concern for the well-being of my daughter whom was involved in the accident. She listened to my concerns and when the vehicle was complete she explained all work that had been performed. Very professional and friendly people to work with. Definitely will recommend them in the future.
