Richard and Chester did a fantastic job in repairing my Corvette which was involved in an accident August 6th.. They kept me and the Insurance Company totally updated during the entire process. The car ended up in better condition than when I first bought the car. The entire staff at the Joseph Company are World Class. Joseph Dealerships shine above every other Dealerships that I have ever dealt with in the past and that includes the entire Tri-State area. Every person that I have dealt with over the past 35+ plus years have always gone over and above what was expected.

Some of the attention to details when cleaning after the repair were lacking. Sticky residue on the back gate. Sanding dust in the back.

Richard was great to deal with. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. I was in a very bad situation, I have 4 kids and this was my main means of transportation. Richard did everything he could to make me feel at ease and offered what he could to me. He is definitely “all in it” and is a great spokesperson for the center.
