Renee was very helpful explaining every detail to me from the start to the end of the car body repair, they did an amazing job on my rear bumper and trunk and the paint looks amazing. Nice job well done guys, definitely would recommend other people I know to their shop for body and paint work. You guys ROCK!????

Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff goes beyond the boundaries to serve the customers. It was hard for me to take time off, to get the estimate, but the specialists at M&R still took me in at a later time. The repair quality was exceptional, customer service was superb. Afterwards, my car was thoroughly washed, shined, and interior was vacuumed. Something I'd never expected. I felt like part of a family.

Milton and Renee Tengan are friendly, polite and professional. They made me feel comfortable and confident that they would take care of my car, and do the best work needed to repair the damage. However, I was a little disappointed at the end when they didn't return my phone calls.
I was very pleased with the condition of my car when I picked it up. It looked great and nearly brand new.
