The quality of work was not as good as I expected. When I brought this up to Kevin he told me to take the Jeep and when I come back (because all work was not finished at the time I picked it up today) tell him all my issues and he would address them then. First of all when I tried to leave my vehicle would not start and had to be jump started. Kevin told me they had issues with this and tried to let it run a while (my ga) to charge the battery. The battery is only a year old and I have had no issues with it prior to bringing it to Roger Williams for repair. The back glass hatch would not close due to styrofoam packing that was not removed prior to installation but I finished that job. The gaps around the tailgate are not uniform and the gate does not close properly and the lock and handle latch are "sticky". The damage to the tub of the Jeep on either side of the gate was not addressed nor the rear window hatch clips. I know this because I can still visibly see the damage (bent). This is likely the cause of the way the new gate fits improperly. There are gaps in the gaskets where I can see light through. There are still broken pieces in the back of my Jeep from the accident. Large pieces that should have been caught in the "quality check" I was assured would happen before delivery of my vehicle, this clearly did not happen. The rear wiper assembly makes noises that were not present before. The rear window washer no longer works. And when the wiper is turned off the blade stops in the view of my rear view mirror instead of out of sight (at the top of the glass) as it did previously. I continue to have problems with the battery being drained when the Jeep is off. I had a new battery installed just in case that was the issue. I don't know what happened to the electrical system while it was in the care of Roger Williams but if the battery issue continues I am confident it will be fixed when I make my second trip to have the rest of my replacement parts installed and to have my spare wheel checked for damage. The wheel was not inspected or checked and it was the primary point of impact. There is also something not right with the cruise control it will not maintain a constant speed. I can't let down my tailgate. It's stuck or something, so I'll need to bring it back in to get that fixed. On the other hand, I was very happy with the work Audrey did communicating with US Bank and Geico so that I could get my truck back in time to go out of town for Thanksgiving with my family. I liked the text message update/status reports. I was also happy with the short amount of time needed to make repairs. Thank you! I just need to be able to get the tailgate working.

The updates were bogus. No one ever contacted us with the correct information. My car was finished a week after we were told it would be done. I refuse to use Roger Williams again. If there is a next time I will go to another repair facility.
