I noticed that the car shakes from , but gets a little less jarring at 70 (I just got up to speed for a moment and decided 60 was scarry with a wobble.... . Ill give it a chance, but it appears to be unsafe. I actually got out to make sure lug nuts were on tight. I have had Jeeps in the past, and there is something called a "death wobble" that certain models inexplicably get... I may contact the adjuster to see what he says... Deductible is paid, and I'd like to have the jarring checked out. As far as staying on schedule y'all did awesome... It looks really great too... I did vomit this morning on the way to work, and I think it's from the pools of "new car smell" stuff. It reminds me of an old man wearing some kind hair tonic. BT

The actual quality of repair work done to my Forester was excellent. It was the final check that was, or not done, before having me come pick up the vehicle that seriously concerned me. I had to point out the lack of any fasteners on the rear bumper cover. Even after pointing out the six fasteners missing, the car was brought back after after being fixed. There were two more still missing! Very obvious. Luckily I did a thorough check. Had someone not taken the time to check the work done they would have never known. And would have been charged a lot of money to fix that when it was discovered. This is a very negative reflection on the effort put into ensuring the product leaving your shop is 100% ready. I hope this is not typical. But after talking to Michael Williams I can say I am completely satisfied. If it were not for his concerns and assurance that this was not typical of the Quality Control at Roger Williams I would have called USAA to inform them of this serious problem.

No communication after Friday when vehicle was supposed to be ready even thought text message communication was consistent before that. Called front desk on Monday to check in and lady was rude to my wife and said car wasn't ready if no one called and that text messaging system is basically useless. Then they called at 4:30 and said to come pick it up, and if we don't pick up till next day that we have to pay for an additional day of rental on our own. I called front desk and same lady said that's policy and that they even call people 30mins before closing and they would be in same position we are. This business practice is unacceptable. I told her we would not be able to get the car till the next day and that I would be filing a complaint with USAA, she had a smart remark to give back and that that was fine. Your shop is supposed to be a premier USAA approved body shop but had I known customer service was this poor and that we would be stuck paying for a rental car when it's covered by insurance I would've gone somewhere that wants my business. This does not reflect well on your business and I'll be talking to USAA tomorrow. We haven't even picked the car up yet but text system is thanking us for choosing your shop and for picking car up today. Call me and make this right. ****-****-xxxx -Chad
