Unfortunately I’ve had this on my mind all day. The repair looks good. However, I am sincerely disappointed that the car was so dirty upon picking it up. There were even black marks left on the car that was apparently caused by tools used while working on the car. When we dropped the car off we inquired about getting it detailed. The cost was too high but we were assured that although it would not be detailed it would be throughly cleaned. I completely expected to see the car looking clean and shiny all over. Not being told you don’t have bug and tar removal.... I expected that for many reasons: -Simply because the car was leaving a body shop. I would think you would want every vehicle that left there to look its best. It’s a direct reflection of the business, the care and passion of the workers. -I had expressed more than once how important it was that it be right and look good - this is a dodge dealer working on a dodge car, which I purposely chose to do thinking it would make a difference in the care of the car and that it’s rare (only ****,000 made) -I specifically chose your dealership based on my experience when there was a recall done on the car -based on the conversations with Damon, in regard to his responses, I really thought it was in the best hands. He seemed to sincerely deal with concerns as there were delays, which were out of his control. When I’m told that it would have to pass his satisfaction as per quality of work before it was ok for us to pick up, I think you can imagine why I expected the car to look it’s best all over. Not just where the work was done. -I used this to assure my husband that his car would look great and that it was in good hands. He was very frustrated with the delays. - there is a wear mark inside the trunk lid that I’m surprised was not painted. Of course I don’t know if it was a result of the damage caused to the car or not. -as an after thought I can’t help but wonder if the reason the entire car isn’t cleaned is so that the difference in the shade of new vs old paint aren’t as apparent. Having a yellow car and with the difference in materials there was already an understanding of how difficult it would be for it to be an “exact” match. -I have to say that I do not feel as confident regarding repairs that could not be seen after the bumper was replaced. I have to trust it’s done well. With the lack of initiative to remove marks put on the car as it was being repaired and it not being cleaned leaves me wondering. Please don’t misunderstand my comments. Everyone I spoke with were pleasant. It was always a good conversation with Damon, even though most were regarding delays. So as per customer service over the phone and in person I thought it was good. However, some things were forgotten besides the cleaning of the car. We had discussed the car getting an oil change while it was there. I was assured it could be done with no problem and I even emailed the coupon as requested. To my knowledge the oil change was not done. As for delivery of a vehicle, I feel it lacks initiative and forethought of a customers expectations. When you experience damage to your vehicle it clearly isn’t a good thing. How nice it would be to pick it up and see it shining, clean and fixed. I feel I was patient and understanding regarding the delays. It took three weeks for a one week job. I understand the first bumper had an issue with how it was packaged. Once painted it showed ripples and that was not satisfactory to Damon, which I appreciate that call. The second bumper was ordered and somehow the order was lost at dodge which caused further delays. I do want to say thank you to the decal guy for a job well done. I hope that my comments will be taken as constructive criticism. Even though, I’m not sure that I’ll be a repeat customer.

The car looks brand new after the repairs were made. The guys did did a great job! Roxie is sweet and charming and is very good at her job. I especially appreciate that they took the time to vacuum and wash my car. I highly recommend Roger Williams Collision Center to everyone. The work is guaranteed for as long as you own the vehicle.

Everyone was very friendly. However, three attempts to follow the progress of repairs, 2 in person, one on the telephone , were unsuccessful. The staff appeared to lack any orgaized communication system, ie: intercom, pagers, etc. I was even asked to walk outside to see if “——“ is out there, without knowing what he looked like. The last effort on the voicemail resulted in a call telling me the pickup was ready, 2 days after it was supposed to be ready. There was no communication inbetween other than computer generated update, of which there were only two during the 11 days it was there. Again once I was able to meet someone face to face service was great! Just work to improve communication!

Repairs took 30 days. Repair items were missed , truck had to be submitted back to the shop when we were told already that it was ready. When we call to get a status, we are told “when it’s ready we will call you” sounds like don’t bother please until you get our call.

Thoroughly impressed from beginning to end. The customer support was at a level never experienced before. Reair was well communicated and done 5 days ahead of estimate. Would highly recommend and will provide that feedback to the insurance company that recommended the location. Thanks!
