Elite is very professional and the staff is extremely friendly! I think the quality of work takes the highest praise, though. Worst place ever, I will NEVER return here. Your customer service ****. Felicia is the worst employee I have ever met. They did not help me with anything at all just basically laughed in my face and made me feel humiliated. A waste of time and money. They just try and charge you for everything, they might even charge you for breathing the same air they do. Worst experience ever. I’d rather shoot my foot off then take me car there again. I would never recommend anyone to go here.

Always friendly, and professional. The team gets the job done, and communicates really well with the customer the entire time. On-site loaner rental setup was really great. Elite Auto Collision is my go-to spot for life's little mishaps behind the wheel!

Everyone I came in contact with is customer focused, including the young lady that gave me instructions on dropping off my car, the young man that took my car in, the car rental agent, to Jordan who greeted me and kept me updated. The texts updating me to the progress in addition to the friendly phone calls from Jordan were exceptional. Although, I hope I never need car body repairs again, I will not take my car anywhere else. I will also recommend to all who ask me about a good body repair shop. Well done!
