I am highly disappointed with Elite Auto Collision. I will NEVER take another vehicle to them or recommend them to ANYONE! Not only was the customer service horrible and misleading but my car drives like ****! The headlight is pointing down so I can't see in the dark, but I am guessing that's coming from the crooked bumper! Hmm! ANNNND, the passenger door is scratched on the interior part.
I just has to leave to go out of town Friday and I actually came back to get my car so I wouldn't have to deal with them anymore! Well I guess i was WRONG Bc I had to come back home Bc the tire pressure light came on and it's pulling to the right! So I'm guessing who or whatever did the alignment, ****!!!!!!
I guess I should have "test drove" my car before giving them 500!!!!!

Marty and his staff are always amazing ! They are very cognitive of our needs and time and amazes me how great they work to do the best for us. I tell everyone I know they need to use Elite and so glad my insurance company sent me there the first time 3.5 years ago.
