If I had to do it over again I would have prearranged to get the claim number from USAA to pay for my rental car first and not let Enterprise swipe my card twice. Everything with them got messed up and I was charged 800 instead of a 50 hold on my Discover card which will still have to be straighten out with them. But I am really happy with USAA and the work that was done on my fender by Cook's Collision!! Thanks so much...it looks really good!!

The rear windshield wiper was mounted in the opposite direction causing me to make an appt. to fix. It's suppose to clear the glass not the rear end of the suv

The state Farm rep was very passive aggressive and would not listen or let me finish stating my concerns before he would interrupt me.
