I liked the fact that I was taken care of at my appointed time. the staff was courteous and attentive. I liked the e-mail telling me the status of the repair work. The office and waiting room are clean and neat.

I'd say the staff are very efficient in following up with the appointment & the repair are excellent as if my vehicle brand are new again. I recommend this body shop to anyone who might be looking for a great auto body repair shop.

The entire team at cooks collision were very helpful. I loved how you emailed me updates on my car eveu step of the repair process. I also love how I the rental car at the same location that made life a piece of cake. So thanks for getting my car back to the way it was before the accident. If god forbid I'm in another accident I will come back. I will also recommend my family and friends to cooks collision.

Hello I am very unhappy with my service I just brought my car home and there is major electrical problems that I have never experienced with my 2 year old car. I just picked up my Subaru from your shop and when I got home and tried to lock my car the remote key was not working. Also the lights inside my car are not turning on. The remote keys unlock, lock, and alarm button are not working with the car. I get no response when pushing the buttons. I tried to see if this was just a problem with that key and tried my spare and that key is also not working with the car. Obviously there is something wrong with the car to where it's not getting the signals from both keys and the lights aren't turning on. I spoke to Melanie from your office and she told me to take it to the dealership Monday. I can't afford to pay for this problem when I have never had trouble with the keys or my lights until I picked my car up from your shop. My car is two years old, so there should not be a problem with the battery in the car or the batteries in my key fobs. There seems to be an electrical issue with the car caused by the repairs. I can't afford to lose my car Monday either cause I have to work. I would appreciate your help with my problem. Please call me as soon as you can! Thank you, Lauren ****-****-xxxx

Even though repair took longer than originally quoted, I was impressed that more damage was found and repaired than originally thought. Having one location to take care of repair and rental, and being so close to home, really make the experience effortless. The staff was very informative and friendly, and I felt like I was kept in the loop through phone calls, emails, AND texts. Thank you, Cooks Collision!
