In the past, I have always taken my cars to another shop in West Sacramento, but from now on I will be using Cook's. I was extremely pleased with your service and the courtesy of your staff. I was especially happy to find that you provide pick-up service, as all of my friends are still working, and it is very hard for me to find anyone who can help me drop off and pick up my car when it needs work. I will also be telling all my friends about the great work and service you provide.

The process was streamline and accommodating. The staff was friendly and helpful and I appreciated Ivanna's assistance through the process. I would have liked to been told that cleaning the inside was included (I presumed that because exterior work was being done, only the outside would be worked on) so that I could have removed left items.
