Cooks Collision team is courteous and professional. They explained everything thoroughly to me, answered all my questions, and even got the repair done 3 days early. I had requested that a little "ding" not associated with my repair be touched up, and while I was told it would be, it wasn't. But that's ok, I am very happy with the repair they did do, and how seamlessly everything went. Thank you!!

There items left inside the vehicle including rags, sand paper, and plastic clip. There was also a smudge on the front passenger seat that was not there before we dropped off the vehicle.

Wow, My car is beautiful. You even cleaned the interior of my car, Took the dent out of my license plate & gave me regular updates. Everyone was so very kind. You guys were super!!!

The overall experience was very good. Friendly, fast, thorough. I know Ivanna transferred, but I would have liked to know that a change had taken place. It would have been helpful to understand why the repair took two weeks. We would have understood the parts & ordering dilemma. The last notification of car readiness was 5:00 on 5/11. When we came in on 5/12 at 8:30 am to pick up car, not ready. Thank you. Car looks great.

Everything was great except that I didn't get notification of progress on my car when I really needed it. They had a wrong number for me & needed info to get the job done. I wish they had tried my husbands number -- which they had -- so that I could have gotten my car when I needed it. Otherwise, great work and very nice people!

Excellent communication by Ivana and Matt. Hopefully I spelled that correctly. Kept me up to date and took care of any unforeseen issues like my dead battery. Great job to those two as well as the front desk attendant, I believe her name was Melanie.

My car was supposed to be done on Wednesday and I waited around all day for a phone call or text to inform me of my cars progress. I made the call to cooks around 3 pm to find out my car was not ready. But my car not being ready was not the problem it was that I was not kept informed. Then today my car was supposed to be ready and I had to call again. It was almost ready. It would have been nice to at least gotten a text to keep me updated. I will also have to bring my car back in because the door doesn't close properly and the molding lifts up. Other than these few minor issues my overall experience was great. Everyone was very professional and nice. Just would have liked more updates toward the end.

At first there were many options for me to choose an Auto Body Shop. I keep on searching for the best place and looking at peoples reviews. Than I have found you guys and had decided to give it a try to get my SUV fix there. It was my very first time coming to Cooks Collision, I didn't know what to expect when I walked inside the office and I didn't get greet which was fine with me. So I went to talk on the front desk telling her that I have an appointment. Besides that everyone was very nice and professional and know what they're doing. It took 2 weeks for my SUV to get fixed by replacing the two left doors. I don't mind about the 2 weeks as long as it's safe for me to drive again. Thanks Cook Collision for the best service.
