Fast and courteous, and to tell you the truth, I was given a rental car that was nicer than my car that I currently have and it really made all the difference. Not having your car, and the inconvenience of deductibles and dealing with insurance companies, it sure was nice to soften that blow with a nice rental car. I expected to get your typical rental car, a low budget Camry or Ford Fiesta, however with luck, I was given the only rental they had available at the time, a 2017 Jaguar. Let me tell you, I was in no rush to get my car back. In the end, I believe this not only makes the customer happy, but also the shop, you don't have someone like me calling every day wanting to know when my car is due back because I'm tired of driving around a Ford Fiesta. It made a WORLD of difference. Thank you!

My battery died on me the next morning the night after I got the car back. I have to buy new battery. This never happened to me before. Wonder did you left car running idle while on your custody. Disappointed.

I did have to return my car for a minor issue. As always, Eric and the team, specifically Melanie and Robert were there to assist and make my experience easy and pleasant due to their great customer service skills and friendly, professional demeanor. The truck was not ready when I got there. The wiring for the tow plugs was not reinstalled. They left a lot of wax residue all over the side and around the door handles.

The car looks good. One problem I had was they gave me back my car with a ton of Water Spots on it. Dried water spots covered my car and front windshield. The moment I left the office, I had to drive to a gas station to clean my windshield in order to see properly.

It took a week longer than was estimated and cost 500 more than the original estimate. My rear bumper and undercarriage was repaired and my rear lights were not checked because when I picked up my car the left rear brake light was not working.
