Great service and excellent workmanship overall. Completion took a bit longer since the extent of the repairs but very sitisfied in the end.

I asked twice on two separate occasions if I would owe anything for the repairs done. It was a no fault case covered by Allstate. Both times I was told no. This past Tuesday I get a call from Apple Auto Body letting me know my 2009 red Jeep Liberty was ready ahead of schedule and to bring the money that the insurance gave me and that the outstanding amount the insurance would take care of it. I drop off the rental on Thursday afternoon. I got a ride to pick up my Jeep and arrive at about 5:00 PM and I am told that I owe $327. I was also told that if I wanted the amount disputed it would happen the next day since Allstate was closed and that I would get a ride home. He said he was trying to work with me. I dropped off the rental, don't get my car back, owe $327 and I cant go to work without a car. Not helpful. I asked ahead of time so I wouldn't have any surprises and holding my car ransom because Apple Auto Body couldn't provide me with the right information really upset me. FYI, the person I spoke with at Apple Auto Body assumed it was the female assistant that gave me wrong information. It was a guy who I spoke with on the phone.

I would like to take a minute to thank everyone that was very helpful to me since day one. Calling me to inform me about every single detail about my car, keeping me updated in the progress. Thank you for being so nice and caring.
