Benner's had my car for a total of ten days to replace a bumper, a grille, license bracket and license panel -- a total of 9.4 hours, including paint. On two occasions when I called to check on the status of my car, they did not know who I was (repeatedly asking me to spell my name) and they did not know if they had my car (repeatedly asking me for the make, model, year, and color and the date I brought it in for service) -- hardly inspiring confidence. My one contact with Benner's where I received direct answers to my questions was a conversation I had with Bill, who identified himself as the General Manager. Benner's seems to be badly in need more training with Bill or in need of improved operations systems, since other than Bill, nobody quite knows how to look up the status of a repair or to refer the customer to the person in the company most familiar with the repair. Their laxity has me hesitant about recommending them or about returning to them if I have a need for auto body services in the future.

I am very satisfied not only with the quality of work, but with your customer service. Receiving texts each day on the progress of my car was very helpful. thank you, Benner. While I hope I don't need your services anymore, it's a nice feeling to know that Benner's is available.
