My whole experience was completely outstanding...and in addition amazingly fast. When I brought my Acura in last Thursday, I was contacted in the afternoon by Matt, as promised, and given a date of completion of 12/7. I was contacted today...a day early, that my SUV was ready. And the work was outstanding...like nothing ever happened to it. From my initial contact with Araceli, who was very professional and extremely friendly, to my rep, Matt McAteer, who was unbelievably awesome from our initial meeting to delivering my car today.
