It took four weeks to complete and very little communication. I had to follow up constantly to get an update. When I did speak with someone, each time I was told the process is “different “ because it’s a vandalized/stolen vehicle. I was told this often. Every. Single. Time. As a customer, that fact should not concern me nor should it be transparent. I’m still unclear about why it took so long. Seidners claims it was the insurance holding it up and the insurance company says it was Seidners. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend Seidners to friends or family especially if their vehicle was stolen.
