In general, I am pleased with the service. However, a few things I recommend should be looked into. First, I got a call about my deductible. When I said the insurance notified me i don’t have to pay it, only then did the staff checked the notes. Somewhere in my profile did confirm the insurance company will cover the deductible. So the call was complete waste. Second, if you say you will put air in my tire as an accommodation, please ensure it is done. I got my car and the tire pressure light is in. Lastly, customer should get to pick or say what’s are preferred method of communication. I don’t need to be called, texted and emailed. I think two methods the most. I’m at work so I cannot just drop everything to call back. Give us sufficient time to call back.

Professional,courteous and on time except the weather had other plans. Rain slowed the paint portion of job. It didn’t matter though. We were not diss appointed. Car looked like new

When I dropped my car off there was nothing wrong with the back right light. I did the inspection with the gentlemen and we didn’t note any problems with it. I got it back today and yes the bumper work is done wonderfully however the back lower light now does not work and they tell me there is condensation which I found odd since there was none when it was dropped off. I took the vehicle next door for an oil change and told them about the light. He immediately discovered probably a cup of water in the lighting structure. I went back to the collision center to tell them about it and they said I must have brought it that way which is total bs since they had my car for over a week. Somehow there was none when I dropped it off and now there’s water when I pick it up and somehow they’ll blaming me for it. It has not rained at all since they’ve had the car and they washed it today which is the only water that has touched it as far as I know while in their procession. I’ve already had to pay 112 bucks for the part and I have to pay another 140 to have a whole new panel installed. So the damage is done in your procession and somehow it’s my fault and I’m out $250+ bucks to fix what was done while in your care. I will Be reporting it to the insurance and the BBB and leaving a yelp review. It’s ridiculous that it’s there for a claim of damage that’s not my fault and I’m still out money for damage I didn’t do. Even the car dealership believes the water damage was done at the collision center.
