Cope has taken care of my family and company for quite sometime. I was involved in my first accident in my life a couple wks ago. Cope immediately started getting all my insurance information collected and was on top of everything. Scotty, Danielle, Sarah and their team provided me top notch customer service and my truck was repaired and back to me in no time. They did phenomenal work and I highly recommend them. You guys are amazing! This was my first time dealing with a small, or any, collision and the whole team made the entire process so easy for me. They answered any questions I had with complete certainty and were very prompt with updates on my car. 15/10 would recommend again! I also have to mention that every time I was in their office there was a strong sense of home and family there. The people are great! The service is fast and my car looks amazing! I was surprised to pick up my car cleaner than how I had left it! Thank you, and sorry for the mess! I will definitely be back if I ever need repairs again!
