My Jeep was not ready as told. We had to pay for a rental car far longer than needed because of this. When I went to drive my Jeep away, my steering wheel was unlatched. I did not expect my steering wheel to be unlatched. I do not unlatch my steering wheel and was very unhappy to be driving my jeep with the steering wheel being unlatched.

When in dropped off my truck my battery was in good condition. My truck was totally dead when I picked it up and it had to be jumped. I had to buy a new battery today as the truck will not start.
