Kept me throughoughly updated throughout the repair process! My car looks like nothing ever happened.

The whole process was outstanding! I was constantly kept updated with the status of the repairs; truly amazing! The repair technicians were friendly. Helen at the front desk, has the best customer skills I’ve experienced in a very long time! I would recommend Oka’s to anyone that needs repair work. FIVE STAR experience!

The staff is very friendly, but there seems to be some lack of communication and disorganization. My repairs were scheduled before they confirmed the dates with me. I think they should have made sure the dates would work for me before they scheduled them. I called to reschedule it to later in the week, and the person I spoke with said it was fine. Later that day, I got a call from a different person saying that I couldn't bring my car later in the week since repairs that were only supposed to take a couple of days needed to be started at the beginning of the week so that they could be completed by Friday. That information should have been given to me earlier. It would've been a good time to tell me that I needed to bring my car in on a Monday or Tuesday, and to ask me when would be a good time for me, when I confirmed my intent to proceed with repairs there. They also weren't able to complete my repairs by the estimated completion date due to delays with another company that they sublet some of the work to. I didn't find out that my car wasn't ready until the day that I was supposed to pick it up. And finally, I got a call that I needed to pick up my car, but I had already picked up my car two days prior. My experience was a little frustrating.

The car looks perfect and I am very happy with the quick turnaround. I will be back.

Excellent work with trunk hatch and bumper repairs. Great communications with update of vehicle. Only comment I have is that the car was not washed properly. Left water spots on body, windows, wheels, dry dead bugs on front bumper and side rear view mirrors. I'm a return customer of 4 repairs and the cleanest of this pickup was sub- standard. I cleaned the rear interior trunk of finger prints and rewiped the exterior of the car when I returned home.
