Excellent job. Your team was very thorough, attentive to detail, and easy to work with. I appreciate that they were readily available to answer all of my questions and keep me updated throughout the repair process.

Unfortunately my car was damaged. Luckily we found Rocky Mountain Collision. Our car is limited edition and they were able to get one of the only 4 bumpers that are available! Dropped off my car Tuesday afternoon and my car was ready Friday afternoon! We’ve never had a car repair go so smoothly and so quickly! We know where we will be coming for repairs from here on out

Excellent service and updates

I had damage to my rear side passenger door. It took the 10 DAYS! 10! Roger my car back to me. Meanwhile I’m renting a car to get around in my own dime. After a week, when I expressed my frustration, they offered to pay half of my rental car for the remaining days. Not enough. I was lucky enough to have a friend who’d lent me his car for the rest of the time. Finally, they called to tell me my car was ready, 5 days beyond what they’d projected. Granted they did tell me they’d fixed some small dents without charging me. But when I went to get in my car the alarm went off. Because they’d NEGLECTED TO RECONNECT THE POWER LOCKS TO THE KEY FOB CONTROL!!! Ok no big deal except we were leaving for a week long vacation the next morning and they didn’t have time to fix it right then. So here we are with the alarm going off every time I unlock the car till I start it. Really really bad. I’m never working with them again.

I also liked how i was kept in the loop of when my car would be done and how everyone there was so nice and friendly.
