I truly regret having my car repaired at Lindsay Collision Center of Woodbridge. My vehicle was hit as it was parked a day after my birthday. I waited until I had the finances to repair it and listened to USAA on where to go because we are a military family that is not from here. I dropped my Infiniti off and the quote completely ignored the fender and side panel. The bumper was supposed to be replaced and the first time I came to pick up the car the fender had white paint with no clear coat Or sealant. It was obviously a job that was done without real care or attention to detail. The second time I came back the car was not ready because the rubber around windshield was lose and falling off. The third time I came back the side “3.5” marking was not replaced on the vehicle. All of these trips extended my rental car and caused me to have to come out of pocket for the rental car. Not to mention the inconvenience of calling daily for updated (instead of your representative pro-activity calling me as they should) nothing but excuses that cost me time and money. Why should I as a customer going though my insurance be treated as if I am getting a “favor from a friend”? The final result was acceptable (the repairs cannot be noticed without close inspection) thank you for that. However, why did I have to jump though so many hoops and get my insurance to contact your managers before I was treated like a paying customer. As a disabled vet with PTSD, I pray you are not putting other customers in the difficult position I was in, be out of pocket and being treated like a non-priority makes my blood boil. Do better.

They repaired everything pretty well, the only problem is the trunk seems to be slightly ajar on the right side when it's closed. It's not a big deal but should have been addressed during repairs.
